    Ordered by this Court That John Gresham Gentl. Sherriff of Said County keep the
afd Pharaoh Mingo in Safe Custody untill the four fold afd Shall be Satisfied

the afd Pharaoh Mingo in Safe Custody untill the fees afd Accrueing on
the premisses afd Shall be Satisfied

Kent County fs  Be it Remembred that on the first day of
this Instant November 1733 Robert Mecay and James
Boyer did Acknowledge themselves Justly Indebted unto the
Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of the province of
Maryland his heirs and Successors in the Sum of Twenty pounds Sterling money of
Great Brittain to be Levied on their Bodies goods and Chattles Lands and
Tenements        Conditionally that if a Certain Mary Brooes of the
afd County Do not make her personall appearance before the Justices of Kent
County Court the Third Tuesday of this Instant November then and there to Answer
all Such matters and things as Shall be objected against her Concerning her
Feloniously Stealing an takeing a hogg of the goods and Chattles of a Certain
James Macombs of the afd County and Do not Depart the Court without leave of
the Court that then this Recognizance taken before me to be void otherwise to Stand
and Remain in full force                                                        G Wilson

    And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court House in the Town of
Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in November being the Twentieth day of
Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty Three Came the
afd Mary Brooes and in her proper person appeared And prayed her Suretys
Recognizance for her appearance might be discharged  Ordered by this Court
here That The afd Robert Macay and James Boyer afd their Recogniz.cs
taken as afd is by this Court here discharged each of them as prayed there
being no cause Shewn to the Contrary &c.a
