455 and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of the Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd John Gelleylean Shall not appear at the next Court to be held for Said County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in November then next ensuing to prosecute on his Lordships behalf against the afd Pharo Mingo for his Stealing from him one pen knife and pare buttons &c.a wherewith he Acknowledges himself Content &c.a Likewise at the Same time came James McClean and George Grarnett both of Kent County Shoemaker and in their proper persons they Acknowledge themselves indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of five pounds Sterling Each to be made and leveyed on their bodies goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements if the afd William Gelleylean Shall not appear at the next Court to be held for said County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in Novemb.r then next ensuing to prosecute on his Ldships behalf against the afd Pharo Mingo for the Stealing the pen knife and pare buttons afd wherewith they Each of them to wit James McClean & Geo Garnett Acknowledges themselves to be Content Also at the Same time afd Came Samuel Fleming before me And in his prop.r persons Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry of this Province in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling to be made and leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd be held for Said County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in November then next ensueing to Give Evidence on his Lordships behalf against the afd Pharo Mingo for his Stealing one pen knife and pare of buttons The goods and Chattles of the afd John Gelleylean and the afd Samuel Fleming Acknowledged himself Content &c.a Likewise at the Same time came John McManus of Kent County Gentl. and James McClean Shoemaker before me and in their proper persons they acknowledged themselves Indebted to the Right Hon.rble The Lord prop.ry in the Sum of five pounds Sterling money Each to be made and Leveyed on their bodys goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Samuel Fleming Shall not at the next Court to be held for Sd County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in November then next ensuing to give his Evidence on his Lordships behalf and the afd Pharo Mingo for his Stealing one pen knife and pare of buttons the Goods of the afd John Gelleylean whereupon the afd John Macnamus and John McClean Acknowledges themselves to be therewith Content In Testimony whereof I have Sett my hand and Seall this Eleventh day of October Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred Thirty & three Henry Evans And now at this Court came The afd Samuel Fleming John Gelleylean and George Garnett Three Evidences against the afd Pharo Mingo and being Sworn in Court on his Lordships behalf against The Same to the Grand Jury And an Indictment was ordered to be sent to the Grand Jury on the same account against the same Pharo Mingo which was by the Same Grand Jury found and by them returned which is as followeth |
