One Lashes well laid On his bare back till the
blood appears as a punishment for his afd Crime
of Steeling the afd Gunns According to the force
form & Effect of the Verdict afd also it is Considered
that the said Thomas Hill pay the sum of five
hundred & five pounds of tob.o Costs accrueing on
the premisses afd to the officers of this Court

    It is also Considered by the Court here at this
day to wit the day & year last mentioned that
the Sherf of Kent County take the afd Thomas
Hill into his Custody & Execute the Judg
punishment in the Judgment afd Specified
And afterwards to bring him into Court again
of which said precept the said Sherf to wit John
Gresham Gent high Sherf of Kent County makes
Return on the day & year last said that he hath
Executed the Judgment afd And also hath here
the said Thomas Hill before the Court

of this Court in & upon a Certain W.m Thomas
in the peace of God & of the said Lord prop.ry then
and there being with force & Arms an assault
