445 day and year last mentioned Came again the afd Lord prop.ry by his attorney for the afd Thomas Heborn in his proper person and the Jurors of that Jury being Impannelled and Called likewise came to wit Arthur Miller Joseph Nicholson Thomas Bordley John Derrick William Blackston William Dean Vincent Hatchenson Jonah Ringgold Richard Knoulman Nicholas Massey George Griffith and William Moore also being duely elected tryed and Sworn to Say the truth in the premisses upon their Oath do Say That Thomas Heborn is not guilty as by the Information afd it is alledged and by Arthur Miller there foreman all So Say Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to with the Same day and year last mentioned That the afd Thomas Heborn as to the afd Information he go thereof without day and that he be therefrom Acquitted &c.a Also it is Considered that the afd Thomas Heborn pay the Sum of Twelve hundred and Sixty one pounds of Tobacco fees accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court
Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in November being the twentieth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty Three Came the afd Rosemond and Appeared to the afd Recognizance and prayd her Suretys Recogniz.c for her appearance be discharged &c.a Ordered by This Court that Thomas Heborns Recognizance for her appearance may be discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary Thomas Heborn at last August Court entered into Recognizance in the Sum of Twenty pounds Sterling for the appearance of the afd Rosemond at this Court to answ.r unto a Certain Information for keeping Company with The Same Thomas The Same Recognizance is by this Court here discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary &c.a Kent County fs.t Memorandum that Tench Francis Gent. attorney of the right Honourable the Lord proprietarie that now is for the County afd who for the same Lord Proprietarie in this part prosecuteth doth come here into Kent County Court before William Frisby Esq.r and his associates his Said Lordships Justices of the Same County Court to wit at Chester Town in the County afd the Twenty Sixth day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred thirty and three and for the Same Lord Proprietary doth give the Court to understand and be informed that Rosemond Thompson late of Shrewsbury Parish in the County afd Spinster the Seventh day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred thirty and one at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdicion of this Court [haveing been duly admonished by the Vestrymen of the Same Parish afterwards to wit the tenth day of June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred thirty and two) and at divers other times as well before as since the afd Seventh day of March at the Parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdicion afd did frequent the |
