Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in November being the Twentieth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came the afd Thomas in his proper person and prayd his Recognizance might be disch.d &c.a Ordered by this Court That the afd Recognizance be discharged as prayed Thomas Heborn afd his Recognizance taken as afd in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling as by this Court here discharged there being no Cause Shewn to the Contrary Kent County fs Memorandum That Tench Francis Gent. attorney of the right Honourable the Lord prop.ry that now is for the County afd who for the Same Lord proprietarie in this part prosecuteth doth come here into Kent County Court before William Frisby Esq.r and his associates his Said Lordships Justices of the Same County Court to wit at Chester Town in the County afd the twenty Sixth day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred thirty and three and for the Same Lord proprietarie & doth give the Court here to understand and be informed that Thomas Hibborn late of Shrewsbury Parish in the County afd Labourer the Sevdenth day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred thirty and one at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdicion of this Court haveing been duly admonished by the Vestrymen of the same parish afterward to wit the tenth day of June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred thirty and two and at divers other times as well before as Since the afd Seventh day of March at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdicion afd did frequent the Company of a Certain Rosemond Thompson of the parish and County afd Spinster Contrary to the Act of Assembly in that case made and provided and against the peace of the Said Lord proprietarie his good rule and Government Wherefore the Same attorney of the Said Lord proprietary prayeth the advice of the Court here in the premisses and due process of Law in this part to be made againe the afd Thomas Heborn to answer to the Said Lord prop.ry of and upon the premisses &c.a T francis Cler. pacis And the afd Thomas Heborn in his proper person cometh and Saith that he is in no Sort guilty of the Premisses above upon him imposed as by the afd Information it is alledged and thereof he putteth himself upon the Country Tho Heborn in p.r pson And he who followeth for the Lord prop.ry in like manner Saith he is guilty Thereupon Command was given to the Sherriff of Kent County that he immediately cause to come here twelve &c.a by whom &c.a who neither &c.a To Recognize &c.a because as well &c.a of which said precept the Said Sherriff to wit John Gresham Gentl. now here at this day to wit the twentieth day of November Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three makes return that he hath here Ready twelve &c.a as by his precept he was Commanded and now here afterwards to wit the |
