443 Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and Thirty three That the afd David Jones be find the Sum of five pounds Current money of the province afd to the use of his Lord Ship his heirs and Successors for the Committing the offence afd And also it is Considered That the afd David Jones pay the Sum of Three hundred Eighty Six pounds of Tobacco Costs accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court Ordered by this Court That John Gresham keep the afd David Jones in Safe Custody untill the fine afd Shall be Satisfied &c.a Ordered by this Court that the afd David Jones give Security for his appearance to next Court and good behav.r in the mean time And David Jones afd in his proper person comes into Court and acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Honrble The Lord prop.ry that now is in the Sum of Twenty pounds Sterling money of great Brittaine to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors to be made and Leveyed on his Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally That if he Shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in March then next ensueing and in the mean time to be of good behaviour wherewith they acknowledges themselves Content And att the Same time Came William Sincocks and Thomas Rasin both of Kent County Planters and present in Court in their proper persons and they Acknowledges themselves indebted to the Right Honrble the Lord prop.ry that now is in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine Each to be Leveyed on their Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd David Jones Shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in March then next ensueing and in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour wherewith the afd William Sincocks and Thomas Rasin Acknowledges himself to be there with to be Content The Cunstables called as foll. to wit William Bradshaw Cunstable of Ester Neck hundred ap.rs & Sworn & Sent to Grand Jury James Ringgold Ditto Langfords Bay Low.r hundred app.rs & Sworn & Sent to Grand Jury Benj.a Sutton Ditto Langfords Bay Up.r hundred app.rs & Sworn & Sent to Grand Jury Chris.r Bateman jun.r Ditto Chest.r hundred app.rs & Sworn & Sent to Grand Jury George Garnett Ditto Chest.r hundred app.rs & Sworn & Sent to Grand Jury Thomas Rasin Ditto Low.r South Sassafras hundred app.rs & Sworn & Sent to Grand Jury John James Ditto Worten hundred app.rs & Sworn & Sent to Grand Jury Thomas Morsell Ditto Morgans Creek hundred app.rs & Sworn & Sent to Grand Jury William Sincocks Ditto Upp.r South Sassafras hund.rd app.rs & Sworn & Sent to Grand Jury Ordered by This Court That the Clerk of the Court Issue Summones for our Court Evidences for his Lordship to the Grand Jury as the Clk Indictments of this Court Shall order |
