of Laughlin Obryan
Kent County fs.t  Whereas Complaint hath this
day been made unto me one of his Lordships Justices
of the peace for the County afd to keep assigned by
Elizabeth Carson wife to a Certain Thomas Carson
Taylor that on the twenty fifth day of Aprill
Last a Certain Mary Obrian wife to Laughlin Obrian did assault wound
& beat her the Said Elizabeth and divers times Since hath threatened
in a Violent manner to bear her the Said Complainant Contrary to
the peace of his said Lordship

    These are Therefore in his Lordships name to require you on Sight
here of to take the Said Mary Obrian and her bring before me or Some
other of his Lordships Justices of the Said County to Answer the above Complt
and that you likewise give her Notice to bring two Sufficient Securitys
with her to bound in Recognizance in the Sum of fourty pounds
Sterling for her appearance and good Behaviour till the next Court
if the Said facts Should be made appear against her hereof you are
not to faile Given under my hand & Seal this 7.th day of Mary Anno Dom.

Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came before me one of
the Right honrble the Lord prop.ry ^his Justices^ for Kent County in the Province
of Maryland to keep the peace assigned And before me Did John
Ridger of Kent County Taylor ^appear^ and Acknowledged himself Indebted to
the afd the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling money of
great Brittaine to be paid to his Said Lordship his heirs and
Successors with to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles
Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd William Ridger
Shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for
Said County at Kent County Court House in the Town of Chester in Said
County on the Third tuesday in June then next ensueing to give Evid.c on
his Lord Ships behalf against the a Certain mary Obryan wife of
Laughlin Obryan of Chester Town Joyner and thereupon he
