437 the third tuesday in June being the nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came the afd John Ridger and in his proper person appeared and prayed his afd Recognizance might be disch.d Ordered by this Court here that the Same Recognizance might be disch.d as prayd John Ridger afd his recognizance taken as afd is by the Court here disch.d Thomas Carson Memorandum that on the eighth day of Mary Anno Dom. one Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came before me one of the Lord prop.rys his Justices for Kent County in the province of Maryland to keep the peace assigned And before me Thomas Carson appeared and did Acknowledge himself Indebted to The Right honb.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of five pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenments to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June then next ensueing to give Evidence on his Said Lord Ships behalf against a Certain Mary Obrian wife of Laughlin Obrian of Chester Town joyner wherewith he the Same Thomas Carson Acknowledges himself Content C.s Hynson And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June being the nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom.
