    Also it is Considered by the Court here at this day to wit the day and Year
last mentioned That the Sherrif of Kent County take the afd Dennis Long into
his Custody and Execute the Punishment in the Judgment afd Specified and
afterwards to bring him into Court againe Of which precept to wit John
Gresham Gentl. high Sherrif of Kent County makes Return on the day and
year last mentioned that he hath Executed the punishment in the Judgment
afd and also hath here ready the Said Dennis Long before the Court

    Kent County fs  Be it Remembred that on the tenth of August one
Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came before me one of the
RIght Honrble the Lord prop.rys his Justices of the peace for the County
afd assigned Came Robert Speer of Kent County Planter and in his
proper person Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Same Right
Honrble The Lord prop.ry that now is in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling
to be paid to his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors and to be
made and Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
Conditionally That if the Same Robert Speer Shall not make
his personall appearance before the Justices of our Said next Coty
Court to be held at our Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County
on the third tuesday of August Instant then and there to prosecute on
his Said Lord Ships behalf against a Certain Dennis Long for Stealing
a White horse from him the afd Robert Speer and that the Same
Robert is not to depart the Court without leave wherewith the Same
Robert Speer Acknowledges himself Content

    And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court house in the
Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in August being the twenty first
day if Said Month Anno Dom. One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came the
afd Robert Speer and in his proper person appeared to the afd Recog.c

    Ordered by this Court that the Same Recognizance be discharged
The afd Robert Speers his Recognizance taken as afd is by
this Court here discharged  The Same Robert haveing
prosecuted the afd Dennis Long according to the tenor of the
afd Recognizance

    Ordered by this Court that the Grand Jury be disch.d
    Ordered by this Court that the Grand Jury be allowd five hundred
