Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if a Certain Butler Hall wife of
Thomas Hall Shall not make her personall appearance at the next Court to be
held for Said County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the
third tuesday in August then next ensueing to answer unto what Shall be at the
Same Court objected against her for Commiting a breach of his Lordships peace
in Said County and makeing an assault on Thomas Piner of Said County and in
the mean time She is to be of good behavior and that She is not to depart the
Court without leave wherewith the Same John James acknowledged himself
to be therewith Content

the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in August being the
twenty first day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and
thirty three Came the afd Butler Hall and appeared and prayd the afd
Recognizance might be discharged  Ordered by this Court here that the
afd Recognizance be disch.d

    John James afd his Recognizance taken in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl
for the appearance of the afd Butler Hall as afd  This Court here discharges
discharges the Same recognizance there being no cause Shewn to the
Contrary

three Came before me one of the Right honourable the
Lord proprietarys his Justices for Kent County to keep the peace Assigned Peter
Cowarding of Kent County Planter present in his proper person Acknowledged
himself Indebted to the Right honourable the Lord proprietary that now is
in the Sum of five pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine to be made and
Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Sd
Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if she do not make her
personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County at the Court
House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in August then
next ensueing And at the SAme Court to give his Evidence on his Said Lord
ships behalf against the afd Butler Hall wherewith the Same Peter
Cowarding Acknowledges himself to be therewith Content

Court here discharges the Same Recognizance as afd prayd
Thomas Piner & Peter Cowarding Sworn to Grand Jury ag.st the afd Butler Hall
