And Michael Miller of Kent County Gentl and William Kendall of Kent County
Planter present in Court in their proper persons Come and acknowledged themselves
indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry that now is in the Sum of
tenn pounds Sterling money of Great ^Each^ to be made and Leveyed on
their bodies goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said
Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Laughlin
Obrian Shall not make his personal appearance at the next Court to
be held for Said County on the third tuesday in November next and in
the mean time he is to be of good behav.r wherewith the Sd Michael
Miller and William Kendall Acknowledges themselves to be Content

enter in his proper person acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right hon.ble the
Lord proprietary that now is in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed
on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his
heirs and successors Conditionally that if he the Same John English doth not make
his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County on the third
tuesday in August next ensueing And then and there to Answer unto what Shall
be objected against him on his Said Lordships behalf for his Commiting a breach
of his Said Lordships peace and an assault on Thomas Piner of the afd County
and in the mean time he is to be of good behav. And not to Depart the afd
County Court without leave Wherewith he Acknowledges himself therew.th
