1733 of Kent County in the Province of Maryland at present Cunstable Acknowledged himself indebted unto the right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry of Maryland his heirs and Successors Five pounds Sterling money to be Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally if a Certain Lydia Brutton of the afd County Spinster doth not make her personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships Court to be held at Chester Town in Kent County the third tuesday of Aug.st next then & there to prosecute in behalf of his Lordship a Certain Laughlin Obryan of Said County Joyner for makeing a breach of the peace assaulting and battering the Said Lydia Brutton and that She the Said Lydia Shall not depart the Court without leave Then this Recognizance to be Void otherwise to Remain in full force & Virtue taken and Acknowledged before me one of his Lord ships Justices for the afd County date as above Geo Skirven At which Said third tuesday in August being the twenty first day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came Lydia Brutton and in her proper person app.rd and prayd the afd Recognizance for her appearance might be disch.d Ordered by this Court here that the Recogniz.c afd be discharged James Ringgold afd his Recognizance taken in the Sum of five pds Sterl for the appearance as afd of the afd Lydia Brutton is by this Court here discharge &c.a Maryland fs.t Memorandum July 20.th 1733 James Ringgold of Kent County in the Province of Maryland at present Cunstable Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry of Said province his heirs and Successors in the Sum of Five pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally if a Certain Mary Copper wife of William Copper of the afd County Innkeeper doth not make her personall appearance before his Lordships Justices at Chester Town in Kent County afd at the County Court there to be held the third tuesday in August next then and there to give Evidence to the truth of their knowledge concerning a Certain Laughlin Obryan of the Said place Joyner haveing this day made a breach of the peace upon |
