of thirty pounds Sterl for his appearance at this Court to answer as afd this
Court here discharges the Same Recognizance there being no cause
Shewn to the Contrary

    James Smith and John Howell at the Same time afd entered into
Recognizance for the appearance of the afd Laughlin Obryan in
the Sum of fifteen pounds Sterling each as above s.d to this
present August Court This Court here discharges the Same
Recognizances each of them there being no cause Shewn to
the Contrary

    Maryland fs  Memorandum July 20.th 1733 William
Kendall of Kent County in the Province of Maryland planter acknowledged
Himself Indebted unto the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry of
Maryland His heirs & Successors in the Sum of Five pounds Sterl.
money to be Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and
Tenements Conditionally if he the Said William Kendall do
not make his personall appearance before his Lopps Justices
at Chester Town in Kent County afd at the next County Court there to
be held the third tuesday in August next then and there to give
Evidence to the truth of his knowledge Concerning a Certain
Laughlin Obryan of the Same Place Joyner haveing this day made
a breach of the peace upon a Certain Lydia Brutton of the Said
place and that he the Said William Kendall doth not depart the
Court without leave Then this recognizance to be void otherwise
be and remain in force and Virtue taken and Acknowledged
before me one of his Lopps Justices of the peace for Said County

    Att which SAid third tuesday in August being the twenty first day
of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and
thirty three Came the afd William Kendall and in his proper
person appeared and prayd he might be discharged from the
afd Recognizance  Ordered by this Court here That the Same
Recognizance be discharged as prayd

    William Kendall afd his recognizance taken in the Sum of
five pounds Sterling as afd for his appearance as an Evid.c this
Court here now Discharges the Same Recognizance
