Kent County    fs.t Be it Remembred that on
        in                   the Seventeenth day of August
Maryland               1733
Laughlin Obryan of Said County and Province Carpenter or Joyner and
Mess.rs James Smith of the Same place Clerk and John Howell of
the same place Cooper personally came before us George Skirven
and Henry Evans Gentl.n two of the Right Hon.rble the Lord p.rp.rys
Justices of the peace for the County to keep assigned And acknowledged
to owe unto the Said Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry viz.t the
afd Laughlin Obryan in thirty pounds and the afd James Smith
and John Howell in fifteen pounds Sterling each good and Lawful
money of Great Brittaine of their goods and Chattles Lands and
Tenements Seperately to be made and Leveyed for the use of his
Said Lordship his heirs and Successors if Default be made in the
Condition here under Written        The Condition of this Recog.c
is Such that if the above bounden Laughlin Obryan be and appear
personally appear before his Lopps Justices at Chester Town in
Kent County afd at the next County Court there to be held the third
tuesday of this Instant August to Answer unto Such matters and
things as Shall be then & there Objected against him by Lydia
Brutton Concerning an assault and battery lately made upon the
Said Lydia by the above bounded Laughlin Obryan and in
the mean time that he be of the good behaviour and do not
depart the Court without Licence then the Recognizance to be
void otherways be & remain in force and Virtue taken and
acknowledges Before us                        Geo Skirven
                                                             Henry Evans

    And now here at the Said third tuesday in August being the twenty
first day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred
and thirty three Came the afd Laughlin Obryan and in his
proper person appeared to the afd Recognizance and prays the
Same might be disch.d and his Suretys for his appearance

    Ordered by this Court here that the Same Recognizance be
discharged as prayd

    Laughlin Obryan his Recognizance as afd taken in the Sum
