20.th July 1733 Daniel Ferrill of Kent County
planter Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the
R.t Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry of Maryland his heirs
and Successors ten pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on his Body goods &
Chattles Lands & Tenements Conditionally if a Certain Nathaniel Hynson
Son of Col. Nathaniel Hynson of Said County Deceas'd doth not make his
personall appearance before the Justices of his Lopps Court to be held at
Chester Town in Kent County the third tuesday of August next then & there to
Answer to Such ^matters &^ things as Shall be objected against him the Said Nath.l
his Horse Whipping of the Said John &c.a and in the mean time that the s.d
Nathaniel be of the good behaviour and do not depart the Court without
licence Then this Recognizance to be Void otherwise be & Remain in
force & Virtue taken & Acknowledged Before me one of the Said Lord
prop.rys Justices for Said County                        Geo Skirven

    Att which Said third tuesday in August being the twenty first day of
Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three came
the afd Nathaniel Hynson and appeared and prayed the afd recogniz.c
be discharged  Ordered by this Court here That the afd Recognizance
be disch.d as prayd &c.a

    Daniel Ferrell afd his recognizance taken in the Sum of tenn pds
Sterling for the appearance of the afd Nath.l Hynson is by this Court
here disch.d

    John English William Blackston Morgan Huff and William Graves
are Sworn to the Grand Jury against the afd Nathaniel Hynson
after which the Grand Jury returns an Indictment against the same
Nath.l Hynson for assaulting John English &c.a  Ordered by this
Court that Surety be gave for the appearance of the afd Nath.l
