    James Robass afd his Recognizance taken in the Sum of thirty pds
Sterling as afd be disch.d there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary

    Thomas Morsell and Luknor Middleton the afd James Robass his Suretys
their recognizances taken as before for the appear.c of the same James in
the Sum of fifteen pounds Sterling each is by his Court here
Severally disch.d there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary

William Graves all of Kent County in the afd
province Gentl.n personally came before
us the Subscriber two of the Right hon.ble
the Lord prop.rys Justices of the peace for the County afd to keep assignd
and acknowledged to owe unto the Said Lord prop.ry his heirs and
Successors the Sum of Five pounds Sterling Each good & Lawfull money
of great Brittain of their goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
Separally to be made and Leveyed for the use of his Lordship his
heirs &c.a if default be made in the Condition under written

    ___________ of this Recognizance is Such that if the above bound
William Blackiston Morgan Huff and William Graves be and each of them
did personally appear before his Lopps Justices at Chester Town in
Kent County afd at the next County Court there to be held the third
tuesday of August next then and there to give Evid.c to the truth of their
knowledge Concerning a Certain Samuel Glen and Nathaniel Hynson
haveing lately made a breach of the peace in the horse whipping of
a Certain John English of the Same County and that they or either of
them the Said Blackiston Huff and Graves do not depart the Said
Court without leave Then this Recognizance to be void otherwise
be and remain in force and virtue taken and acknowledge

    Att which Said third tuesday in August being the twenty first day of
Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three
Came the afd William Blackiston Morgan Huff and William
Graves and in their proper persons appeared and prayed that
