Kent County      Be it Remembred that on the
       in                thirtyeth day of July Anno Domini
Maryland           one Thousand Seven hundred and thirty
three Came before me one of the Right honourable
the Lord prop.rys Justices for the County afd to keep the peace assigned
James Robass of Kent County Carpenter and Acknowledged himself
indebted to the Same Lord prop.ry in the Sum of thirty pounds Sterling
money of great Brittaine to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and
Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and
Successors Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance
at our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester
in Said County on the third tuesday in August next ensueing And at the Same
Court to answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Said Ldships
behalf and in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r and not to depart the
Court without leave &c.a  Wherewith he Acknowledges himself to be
therewith Content

    Likewise Came Thomas Morsell and Luknor Middleton both of Kent
County planters and present in their proper persons in Court came and be
Acknowledged himself themselves Indebted to the Right honourable the
Lord prop.ry that now is In the Sum of fifteen pounds Sterling each to
be made and Leveyed on their bodies goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
Conditionally to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally
That if the afd James Robass Shall not make his personall app.rc
before the Justices of our next County Court to be held for said County at the
Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday
in August next ensueing and at the Same Court to Answer unto
what Shall be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and in
the mean time he is to be of good behav.r and not to depart the
