August Court 1733 Att the third tuesday in June being the nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred and thirty three The afd Martha then appeared and the Same was Continued untill the third tuesday in August then next ensueing At which Said third tuesday in August being the twenty first day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came the afd Martha Lewis in her proper person and prayed her Recognizance might be discharged and she prays this Court here That the Same Recognizance as afd be Disch.d Martha Lewis afd her Recognizance taken in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl for appearance as afd being Cont.d as afd This Court here discharges the Same there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary Kent County fs Memorandum that this twenty nineth day of March Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred thirty three William Drury of Chester Town Joyner personally appeared before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Said County and Acknowledged himself to Stand and be Indebted to his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors in the Sum of five pounds Sterling money to be Leveyed on his Lands and Tenements goods & Chattles to the use of his Said Lordship Conditionally that if he make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for the Said County and therto give his Evidence in behalf of his Said Lordship against a Certain Martha Lewis Then the above recogniz.c to be void otherways to be in full force & Vertue in Law C.s Hynson Att the third tuesday in June being the nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three The afd William then appears and the Same was Continued untill the third tuesday in August next At which said third tuesday in August being the twenty first day of Said Month Anno Dom.
