her Suretys be disch.d  Ordered by this Court here that the Same Recognizance
be discharged  Rosemond Thompson Recognizance taken at last June Co.rt
in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl. for her appearance to this Co.rt to Answer as
afd is by this Court here disch.d there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary
Oliver Palmer her Surety at the Same Court afd entered into Recog.c
in the Sum of ten pds Sterl for the Appearance of the afd Rosemond Thompson
at this Court the Same Recogniz.c is by this Court here disch.d there being no
cause Shewn to the Contrary &c.a

    Ordered by this Court that Security be gave for the appearance of
the afd Rosemond at next Court to Answ.r the Information for keeping
Company with the afd Thomas Heborn

    Thomas Heborn of Kent County Carpenter present in Court in his proper
person comes and Acknowledges himself Indebted to the Right Honourable the
Lord prop.ry in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling to be made and leveyed
on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his said Lord
ship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Rosemond
Thompson Shall not appear at the next Court to be held for Said County on
the third tuesday in November next ensueing to Answer unto an Information
for keeping Company with him the afd Thomas Heborn and in the mean
time She is to be of good behaviour wherewith the Same Thomas Heborn
Acknowledges himself to be therewith Content &c.a

to be Leveyed on her Lands and Tenements goods and Chattles to the
use of his Said Lord Ship Conditionally that if She do not make
her personall appearance at the next Court to be held for the
Said County and Answer unto his Said Lord Ship for an assault
and batterry on a Certain Robert Street and in the mean time
to keep the peace and be of good behaviour then this Recognz.c
to be void otherways to be in full force and vertue in Law
