his proper person and Acknowledges himself Indebted to the Right honourable
the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling money of Great britain
to be made and Levyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if
the Said James Robass Shall not make his personall appearance at the
next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in November next
ensueing to Answer unto an Information against him for Dealing
with Cap.t John Harvey by the name of Richard Mason and not by his
own name and in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour
wherewith the Same Thomas Morsell Acknowledges himself to be
Content &c.a

Suretys recognizance for his appearance be disch.d  Ordered by this Court
here that the Same Recognizance be discharged as also his Suretys for
Thomas Heborn his recognizance as afd taken in the Sum of ten pounds
Sterling is by the Court here disch.d there being no cause Shewn to the
Contrary

    John Howell being his Surety entered into Recognizance at the
Same time as afd in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl for the appearance
of the afd Thomas the Same Recognizance is by this Court here disch.d

    Ordered by this Court that the afd Thomas Heborn enter into
Recognizance for the appearance at the next November Court
Thomas Heborn afd of Kent County Carpenter present in Court in his
proper person and Acknowledged himself indebted to the Right hon.rble
the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling to be made
