Sterling to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles
Lands and Tenements To the use of his Said Lord Ship his heirs
and Successors Conditionally That if he do not make his personal
appearance at next Court to be held fro Said County on the third
tuesday in November then next ensueing to Answer unto the
Information against him for dealing with Cap.t John Harvey by
the name of Richard Mason and not by his own name &c.a  And that
in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour wherewith he
acknowledged himself to be therewith Content
