405 indebted to the officers of this Court the fees accrueing on the premisses afd Amounting to the Sum of two hundred forth three pounds of Tobacco wherewith the Same Samuel Gooding acknowledges himself to be therewith Content Ordered by this Court That the afd Sarah Lewis prove the person that Commited the fornication afd with her The Same being Sworn to the Court
forth and thereupon he puts himself upon the Country &c.a The Same Information is Continued untill the third tuesday in Nov.r next Ordered by this Court That the Same James give good Security for his appearance to the then next Court &c.a And the Same James Robass of Kent County Carpenter present in Court in his proper person and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements To the use of his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors Conditionally That if he do not make his personal appearance at next Court to be held fro Said County on the third tuesday in November then next ensueing to Answer unto the Information against him for dealing with Cap.t John Harvey by the name of Richard Mason and not by his own name &c.a And that in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour wherewith he acknowledged himself to be therewith Content And Thomas Morsell of Kent County planter present in Court in |
