3 Also Benjamin Pearce ^of Cæcill County Gent.^ and Laughlin Flinn of Kent County Innholder at this Court acknowledge themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sum of fifty pounds Sterling Each to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionly that if the afd Phill.n Church Should not make his personall appearance before the Justices of the then next Court to be held for Kent County at the Courthouse in the Town of Chester and if that in the mean time The afd Phil.n Church Should not be of good behavour and now at this Court to wit the Eighteenth day of June Anno Dom. 1728 the said Phil.n Church appearing the said Benjamin Pearce & Laughlin Flin their recognizances and Either of them are Discharged And the afd ord.rd to enter into recogniz.c with surtys to next Court &c.a Evid.c [illegible]
his Recognizance is Discharged & Suretys also Discharged John Alexander of Kent County planter at Last Court as afd Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this Province of Maryland in the Sum of forty pounds Sterl money to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he should not make his personall appearance before the Justices of the then next Court to be held for Kent County at the Court house in the Town of Chester and if that in the mean time he should not be of good behavour And now at this Court here to wit the Eighteenth day of June Anno Dom. 1728 the said John Alexander Appearing his Recognizance is Discharged Also Augusteen Boyer and Robert Meccay both of Kent County planters at Last Court as afd Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this Province |
