388                              June Court 1733

Submits to the Court  Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here
to wit at Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on
the third tuesday in June being the nineteenth day of Said ^Month^ Anno Dom. one
thousand Seven hundred and thirty Three That the afd Patrick Fitzgrald
pay the Sum of thirty Shillings Current money of the province afd to
his use of the afd County as a fine for Commiting the fornication afd in
form afd Confest and also pay the Sum of two hundred and fifty
pounds of Tobacco Costs accrueing of the premisses afd to the officers of
this Court

    Ordered by this Court that the fine afd be delivered to the Sher for
Kent County for the use of the afd County thereupon John Gresham
Gentl Sherrif of Said County comes and Acknowledges the Rec.t of
the Same

    Ordered by this Court that Security be gave to keep the County
harmless from any charge that hath or may Accrue on Account
of the afd Child &c.a

    Thereupon George Wilson of Kent County Gentl present in Court
in his proper person and Acknowledges himself Indebted to the
Right honourable the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of five Thousand
pounds of Tobacco to be made and Leveyed on his body Goods and
Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship
his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Patrick
Fitzgerald Shall not keep the afd Child that was delivered of the
afd Elizabeth Clark from any charge that hath or may Accrue
on the Same to be paid to the County wherewith The Same
George Wilson Acknowledges himself therewith to be Content

appeared before me one of his Lordships
the Lord Proprietarys Justices of the Said County and Acknowledged
himself to Stand and be Indebted to his Said Lordship his heirs
and Successors in the Sum of thirty pounds Sterling money of
Great Brittaine to be Leveyed on his Lands and Tenements
goods and Chattles Conditionally that if he do not make his
personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Kent
