that He cannot gainsay the Indictment afd So as afd against him brought
nor but that He is guilty of the premisses above upon him Imposed as by
the afd Indictment it is alledged and thereupon Submits to the Court

    Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at Kent County
at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in
June being the nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One thousand
Seven hundred and thirty three  That the afd James Ringgold be find the
Sum of thirty Shillings Current money of the province afd to the use of
the afd County for his Commiting the offence afd inform afd Confest and
also pay the Sum of Two hundred and Eighty Eight
                        pounds of tobacco fees accrueing on the premisses afd
to the officers of this Court

    Ordered by this Court that eh fine afd be Delivered in Court to the
Sherrif of Kent County  And Thereupon John Gresham Gentl Sherrif
of Said County comes and Acknowledges the Receipt of the fine

Deposition of Elizabeth Bond wife of James
Bond of the County afd but formerly known
by the name of Eliz.a Clarke Deposeth that
about five Years ago last february a Certain Patrick Fitzgarrold of the
afd County had Carnal knowledge of her body and Did begitt a bastard
Child on her body and further Saith not Sworn to before me    G Wilson

    And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court house in the
Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June being the nineteenth
day of Said Month Anno Dom. One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three
The Court Orders that the Clk of Indictments of this Court Exhibit an
Information against the afd Patrick for Commiting the fornication
afd        Thereupon the Same Information being fild Command
was given to the Sherrif of Kent County on the Nineteenth day of June
Anno Dom. One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Three to the Sherrif
of Kent County that he take Patrick Fitzgrald late of S.t Pauls Parish
in the County afd and same to if he Should be found in his
