Court next ensueing to answer unto an Information against him for keeping Company
with Rosemond Thompson Contrary to Act of Assembly &c.a and in the mean time
He was to be of good behav.r wherewith he Acknowledges himself Content

    At the Same Court came John Howell of Kent County Cooper and present
in Court in his proper person and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right
Honourable the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of Tenn pounds Sterling to be
made and Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to
the use of his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if
the afd Thomas Heborn Shall not make his personall appearance at
the next Court to be held for Kent County on the third tuesday in August then
next ensueing to Answer unto the Information for keeping Company with
the afd Rosemond Thompson Contrary to Act of Assembly &c.a  And in the mean
time the Same Thomas Hebourn was to be of good behaviour &c.a wherewith
the afd John Howell Acknowledges himself therewith Content

    The afd Information is by this Court here Cont.d

 There being an Information against her for keeping
Company with Thomas Hebourn &c.a
To which the afd Rosemond in her proper person
comes and Saith that SHe is in no Sort guilty of
the premisses above upon her Imposed as by the afd Indictment it is alledged and
thereof She puteth herself upon the Country &c.a

    And he who followeth for the Lord prop.ry in like manner Saith She is
guilty                                                            T francis p Lord prop.ry

    Ordered by this Court That the afd Rosemond Thompson give Security for her
appearance to next Court to answ.r as afd &c.a

    Oliver Palmer of Kent County Planter in his proper person present in
Court Acknowledges himself indebted to the Right Honourable the Lord
proprietarie in the Sum of Tenn pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed on
his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said
Lord Ship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Rosemond
Thompson Shall not make her personall appearance at the next Court
to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in August then next
ensueing and to Answer unto what Shall be objected against in the Same
Information for keeping Company with the afd Thomas Hebourn Contrary
to Act of Assembly in Such case made &c.a And in the mean time She is
to be of good behaviour wherewith the Same Oliver Palmer Acknowledges
himself therewith Content &c.a
