Information against the afd James Robass on the afd presentment
of the Grand Jury
                                Ordered by this Court that the Sherrif of Kent County
keep the afd James Robass in Safe Custody untill he Shall give Security
to Answer the afd presentment and what Shall be objected against him
on his Lord Ships behalf at the next Court to be held for Said County on
the third tuesday in August then next ensueing &c.a

The Same at last March Court entered into recognizance
in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterling for his appearance
at this Court and good behaviour in the mean time &c.a  And
now at this Court to wit at Kent County Court House in the Town
of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June ^be^ing the
Nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One thousand Seven hundred and thirty
three Came the afd John Howell and in his proper person appeared to the afd
Recognizance and prayed he might be therefrom disch.d as also his Suretys for
his appearance &c.a  Ordered by this Court That the Same Recognizance and
his Suretys be disch.d as afd pray.d    John Howell his recognizance
being taken as afd in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterling is by this Court
here disch.d there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary

    William Trulock and Daniel Greenwood there Recognizances taken in
the Sum of five pounds Sterling each for the appearance of the afd John
Howell and Good behav.r at this Court  The Same Court here discharges
the afd Recognizances each as afd prayd there being no Cause Shewn to the
Contrary &c.a

Information for keeping Company with Rosemond
Thompson    The afd Thomas Appears and Saith
he is in So^rt^ guilty of the premisses above upon
him Imposed as by the Information afd it is alledged and thereupon Indebted
to the Court
puts himself upon the Country
    And he who followeth for the Lord proprietary in like manner Saith he
is guilty

            Ordered by this Court that the Same Thomas enter into Recognizance
for his appearance at next August Co.rt to answer the Information afd & to
be of good behaviour &c.a  And that he give Security also

    The Same Thomas Hebourn of Kent County Carpenter in his proper
person comes and present in Court Acknowledges himself Indebted to the
Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterling to be made
and Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally
that if
to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors
Conditionally that if the Said Thomas Shall not appear at August
