382                                        June Court 1733

    Thereupon Benjamin Palmer of Kent County Planter present in Court in his
proper person and Acknowledges himself indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord
prop.ry in the Sum of five pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed on his body
goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heirs
and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Mary Reyly Shall not appear
at any time dureing this Courts Sitting to Answer the Indictment of fornication
against her and the meantime She was to be of good behaviour wherewith
He Acknowledges himself Content

    After which The afd Mary appeared and Answered the afd Indictment
as on the other She Appears and in her proper person prays that the afd
Recognizance may be disch.d  Ordered by this Court That the Same
Recognizance be discharged  The afd Benjamin Reyly his Palmer his
Recognizance taken as afd is by this Court here discharged there being no
cause Shewn to the Contrary

    Ordered by this Court that the afd Mary Reyley prove the person
that Committed the fornication afd with The Same being Sworn declared
that Edmund Malony who is now her husband was the person that
begett with Child and Since Married &c.a

Command was given on this nineteenth day of
June Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred and
thirty three to the Sherrif of Kent County that
he take James Robass late of Kent County
Joyner if he Should be found in his bailiwick and him Safe keep So
that he have his body before the Justices of our Said County Court
to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County Immediately
to Answer unto his Lordship on a presentment for dealing and takeing
up divers Goods of Cap.t Harvey by the name of Richard Mason and
that the Same Sherrif have at the Said Court the Same Writ &c.a

    At which Said Court to wit the Same nineteenth day of June afd being
the day of return of Said Writ Came John Gresham Gentl. Sherrif of
Said County and made return to the Court here thereof endorsed
as foll. viz.t Cepi Corpus  p Jn.o Gresham Sherf

    The Same ^James^ Robass comes and Appears  And The Court orders
that the Clk of the Indictments of this Court Exhibit an
