for the fees accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court And
that John Gresham Gentl. Sherrif of Said County keep the afd Elenor untill the
Same fees to whom afd be Satisfied

    Ordered by this Court That the afd Elenor prove the person that
Committed the fornication afd with her  And the Same Elenor Ogelby
being Sworn Declares that a Certain John Prise a Saylor was the
person that Committed the fornication with her and begit the Child
as afd Charged her

    Ordered by this Court that Tench Francis Gentl Clerk of the
Indictments of this Court Exhibit an Information against the afd John
Prise the person that Elenor Oglby prove to be the begetter of her
bastard Child

 Command was given On the twenty Sixth day
of March Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred
and thirty three  To the Sherrif of Kent County
that he take Martha Tippett late of Shrewsbury Parish in the County afd
Spinster if She Should be found in his bailiwick and her Safe keep So
that he have her body before the Justices of our next County Court
to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the
third tuesday in June then next ensueing to Answer unto a Certain Indictm.t
in our Said Court for Commiting fornication with a Certain Negro person and did
permitt the Same unknown person to have Carnal knowledge of her body
and to begett a bastard Mollatto Child &c.a  And that the Same Sherrif have
at the Said Court the Same Writt &c.a

    At which Said Court to wit at Kent County at the Court House on the
Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June being the Nineteenth
day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty
three being the day of return of Said Writ Came John Gresham
Gentl Sherrif of Said County and made return to the Court here
thereof endorsed as foll. viz.t Cepi Corpus p Jn.o Gresham

    Kent County fs  The Jurors for the Right Honourable the Lord
proprietary that now is for Kent County afd upon their Oath do
present that Martha Tippett Late of Shrewsbury Parish in
the County afd Spinster the tenth day of June Anno Domini
Seventeen hundred thirty & two at the parish afd in the
County afd within the Jurisdicion of this Court did Commit
fornication with a Certain Negro person to the Jurors afd unknown
