    Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at Kent County at the
Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the Third tuesday in June being
the Nineteenth day of June Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and
thirty three  That the afd Mary Bezely be find the Sum of thirty Shillings
Current money to the use of the County &c.a for her Commiting the fornication
afd in form afd Confest and also pay the Sum of Three hundred
and tenn pounds of Tobacco costs accrueing on the premisses afd to the
officers of this Court

    Ordered by this Court that Security be gave for the above fine
Thereupon Cap.t Ebenez.r Blackston of Kent County Gentl. present in Court
in his proper person Acknowledges himselfe to pay the Sum of thirty Shill.s
Current money for the fine afd of the afd Mary Bezely ^to y.e use of Kent County^ and therewith he
Says he is Content

    Ordered by this Court that the Same Mary be Sworn to declare
she is the begitt.r of the afd Child  The Same being accordingly Sworn
declare a certain Edward Owens a brasier was the person that Commited
the fornication with her and did begit her with Child

    Ordered by this Court That the Clk of Indictments of the same Court
Exhibit an Information against the Same Edward Owens on the Same
account

 Command was given on the twenty Sixth day of March Anno
Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred thirty and three To the
Sherrif of Kent County that he take Eleanor Ogelby
Late of S.t Pauls Parish in the County afd Spinster if
She Should be found in his bailywick and her Safe keep So that he
have her body before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at
our Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday
in June then next ensueing to answer unto a Certain Indictment for
Commiting fornication with a Certain unknown person and did permit the
Same unknown person to have Carnal knowledge of her body and to begitt
a bastard Child &c.a  And that the Same Sherrif have at the Said Court
the Same Writt &c.a

    Att which Said Court to wit at Kent County at the Court house in the
Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June being the
Nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One thousand Seven
