Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord p.rp.ry
in the Sum of fifty Shillings Sterling money to be Leveyed on his
body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said lord
ship his heirs and Successors Conditionally That if the Said William
ffirth Shall at any time dureing this Court Sitting answer unto what
Shall be objected against him for assaulting William Richardson and
in the mean time to be of good behaviour wherewith he Acknowledges
himself Content

    At the same time Charles Hynson of Kent County Gentl and present
in Court in his proper person Acknowledged himself indebted to the Right
Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of fifty Shillings Sterling to be
made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally
that if the afd William Firth shall not at any time dureing this Court
Sitting appear and answer unto the afd assault on the afd W.m Richardson
and to be of good behaviour wherewith the same William Charles
Hynson acknowledges himself Content

    After which came again the afd William Ferth and appears to the afd
Recognizance and prays he and his surety might be there from
disch.d  Ordered by the Court here That the same be disch.d

    The afd William Firth his Recognizance taken in the Sum afd for his
appearance as afd is now by this Court here disch.d no cause being
Shewn to the Contrary

    M.r Charles Hynson Security for the afd William Firth as afd his
Recognizance is by this Court here disch.d no cause being Shewn to the
Contrary

his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if she the sd Phebe
