    At the Same Court came Griffith Jones of Kent County Planter and
acknowledges himself Indebted to the Right hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the
Sum of five pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed on his body goods &
Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his said Lord Ship his heirs and
Successors Conditionally that if the afd Phebe Johnson Shall not appear
and Answer unto what Shall be objected ag.st her on his Lordships
behalf any time dureing this Courts Sitting and that She is to be of good
behaviour &c.a wherewith the Same Griffith Jones acknowledges
himself Content

    The afd Phebe Johnson afterwards appears in Court to the
afd Recognizance and prays The same be Continued untill next June
Court  Ordered by this Court the Same be granted as prayed  The
Same Recognizances is Continued untill the then next Court in Course
being the third tuesday in June next

as prayd and the same Cont.d

Eighteenth Year of the Dominion of the Rgt
Right Hon.rble the Lord proprietor of the
provinces of Maryland &c.a appeared personally before me
Fred.k Hanson one of his Ldships Justices of the peace for the said
County Edw.d Couzins Jun Robert Green and John Devonish all of the
County afd planters and did under take for the Said Edw.d the said
Edw.d for himself That he the Said Edward Shall personally appear
before his Lordships Justices of his said Lordships Court to be held
at New Town in the afd County on the third tuesday in March
next to do and under go what Shall then and there be enjoyned
him by the Court and that in the mean time he Shall keep the
peace towards our Said Lord proprietor and all his people
principally towards a Certain Thomas Aires of the County afd
that is to say that if he hath not do nor cause to be done either by himself
or others any damages or Molestation to the body of the afd Thomas
