to M.rs Hannah Bodeen
There being an Indictment of felony against the afd
John Coleman for Stealing the good James Miles at
November Court last the afd John Coleman was ordered
to give Security for his appearance to this Court to
answer the Same Philip Kennard of Kent County Gentl. entered into Recognizance
at last November Court for the appearance of the afd John Coleman to answer
unto the afd Indictment and in the mean time he ceas to be of good behav.r
The afd John Coleman in his proper person appears and prays the afd
Recognizance may be disch.d  Ordered by the Court here that the afd
Recognizance be disch.d  The afd Philip Kennard Recognizance to keep
as afd is by this Court here disch.d there being no cause Shewn to
the Contrary &c.a

    Ordered by this Court That the Same John Coleman give Surety for
his appearance to Answer the afd Indictment dureing the Courts Sitting
On which Hannah Bodeen of Kent County Widdow present here in Court
in her proper person and acknowledges herself Indebted to the Right
Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling to the use of his
Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally That if the afd John
Coleman Shall not at any time dureing this Courts Sitting answer unto an
Indictment of felony for Stealing the goods of a Certain James Miles and
in the mean while he is to be of good behaviour wherewith She
Acknowledges herself Content

    After which again comes the afd John Coleman and in his proper person
appears to the afd Recognizance and prays the afd Security may be disch.d
Ordered by this Court here that the Same Recognizance be disch.d
Hannah Bodeens recognizance taken for the appearance of the afd John
Coleman to Answ.r as afd is by this Court here disch.d

the Lord prop.ry that now is for the body of Kent County
upon their oath do present that John Coleman late of
S.t Pauls Parish in the County afd labourer the Servant
of Hannah Bodeen the tenth day of September Anno Dom. Seventeen
hundred thirty and two with force and Arms at the parish afd in the
County afd within the Jurisdicion of this Court one Beaver hat of the
Value of two hundred pounds of Tobacco of the goods and Chattles
of James Miles then and there being found then and there feloniously
did Steal take and bear away Contrary to the peace of the Said Lord
