March Court 1732 afd So as against him brought nor but that he is guilty of the premisses above upon him imposed as by the afd Indictment it is alledged and thereupon Submits to the Court Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at Kent County Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March being the twentieth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty two That the afd John Howell been find the Sum of One Thousand pounds of Tobacco to the use of the for Commiting the offence afd And also pay the Sum of pounds of Tobacco not Accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court Ordered by this Court That John Gresham Gentl Sherrif of Said County keep the afd John Howell in Safe Custody untill the fine afd Shall be paid &c.a The afd John Howell is ordered to give Security for his appearance at next Court and good behav.r in the mean time Thereupon the Same John Howell of Kent County Cooper in his proper person in Court cometh and doth Acknowledge himselfe Indebted to The Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed to the use of His Lordship his heirs and Successors on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance at the next County Court to be held at our Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June then next ensuing and in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r wherewith he acknowledges himself therewith Content Likewise at the Same Court to wit the twentieth day of March Anno Dom. one Thousand Seven hundred and thirty two Came William Truelock of Kent County planter and Daniel Greenwood of Kent County Blacksmith and in their proper persons came into Court and Acknowledged themselves indebted To The Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of five pounds Sterling each to be made and Leveyed on their bodies goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally That if the Same John Howell Shall not make his personall appearance at the next County Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in June then next ensueing and in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour &c.a Jam.s Smith Clk
