And now here at this Court to wit on the third tuesday in November being the twenty first day of Said Month Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and thirty two Came the afd Solomon Cary of the afd Kent County Labourer and present here in Court in his proper person and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right honourable the Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors in the Sum of One hundred pounds Sterling money of great Brittaine to be made and leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he the afd Solomon Shall not make his personall appearance at the next assizes and Gaol delivery to be held for Kent County afd then and there to answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour Also at the Same time came James Gallaway of Kent County of Kent County Planter and present here in Court in their proper persons and Acknowledgeth themselves Indebted to the Right honourable the Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors in the Sum of fifty pounds Sterling money of great Brittaine Each to be made and leveyed on their bodies goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd Solomon Cary Shall not make his personall appearance at the next assizes and Gaol Delivery for the afd Kent County then and there to Answer unto what Shall be objected ag.st him on his Lordships behalf and in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour wherewith the afd James Gallaway and John Ashley Acknowledgeth themselves to be therewith Content Ordered by the Court here that James Pilchard enter into Recognizance with Security for his appearance as an Evid.c for his Lordship against the afd Solomon Cary to the next assizes to be held as afd Thereupon at the Same Court came the afd James Pilchard of Kent County afd Labourer and present here in Court in his proper person and acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right honourable the Lord proprietarie his heirs and Successors in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling money of great Brittain to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenem.ts Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance at the next assizes to be held for Kent County afd Then and there to give his Evidence on his Lordships behalf against the afd Solomon Cary wherewith he Acknowledges himself Content Also at the Same time came James |
