November Court 1732 James Gallaway of Kent County Planter and present here in Court in his prop.r person and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary his heirs and Successors in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd James Pilchard Shall not make his personall appearance at the next Assizes to be held for Said County then and there to give his Evidence on his Lord Ships behalf against the afd Solomon Cary Wherewith they the ^Same James Gallaway^ Acknowledges himself Content Ordered by this Court that William Dillan enter into recognizance as an Evidence against the afd Solomon Cary &c.a Thereupon the afd William Dillan of Chester Town barber and present here into Court in his prop.r person and Acknowledges himself Indebted to the Right honourable the Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally That if he do not make his personall appearance at next assizes to be held for Said County then and there to give Evidence on his Lordships behalf against the afd Solomon Cary wherewith the Same William Dillan Acknowledges himself to be therewith Content Ordered by this Court that William Tidmarsh enter into recognizance as an Evidence against the afd Solomon Cary &c.a Thereupon the afd William Tidmarsh of Kent County Gentleman and present here in Court in his proper person and Acknowledges himself Indebted to the Right honourable the Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors in the Sum of five pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he do not at the next assizes to be held for Said Kent County then and there give Evidence on his Lordships behalf against the afd Solomon Cary wherewith the afd William Tidmarsh Acknowledges himself Content Ordered by this Court here that William McClean enter into recognizance as an Evidence against the afd Solomon Cary &c.a Thereupon the afd William McClean of Kent County Taylor and present here in Court in his proper person and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right honourable the Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors in the Sum of Ten pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance at the next Assizes to be held for the afd Kent County then and there to give his Evid.c on his Lordships behalf against the afd Solomon Cary wherewith the same William McClean Acknowledges himself to be therewith Content Ordered by this Court that Security be gave for fees upon which James Gallaway |
