Court 1732 to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd James Pilchard Shall not make his personall appearance at the next assizes to be held for the afd Kent County And then and there to give Evidence on his Lordships behalf against the afd William Booth wherewith the Same James Gallaway Acknowledges himself Content Ordered by the Court here that William Dillan enter into Recognizance for his Appearance as an Evidence for his Lordship against the afd William Booth at the next assizes to be held for Said County Thereupon William Dillan of Chester Town barber and present here in Court in his proper person Acknowledges himself indebted to the Right honourable the Lord Proprietary his heirs and Successors in the Sum of ten Pounds Sterling to be made and leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he doth not make his personall appearance at the next Assizes to be held for the afd Kent County to give Evidence on his Lord Ships behalf against the afd William Booth wherewith he Acknowledges himself Content Ordered by the Court here that William Tidmarsh of Kent County Gentl. enter into Recognizance for his appearance as an Evidence for his Lord Ship against the afd William Booth at the next assizes to be held for Said County Thereupon the Same William Tidmarsh present here in Court in his proper person cometh and Acknowledgeth himself Indebted to the Right honourable the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors ^in the Sum of five pounds Sterling money of great Brittaine to be made and leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if dos not make his personall app.rc at the next assizes to be held for Kent County afd then and there to give Evid.c on his Lord Ships behalf against the afd William Booth wherewith the afd William Tidmarsh acknowledges himself Content Ordered by the Court here that William McClean of Kent County Taylor enter into Recognizance for his appearance as an Evidence for his Lord Ship against the afd William Booth at the next assizes to be held for Said County Thereupon the Same William McClean present here in Court in his proper person cometh and Acknowledgeth himself indebted to the Right honourable the Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling money of great Brittaine to be made and leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he dos not make his personall app.rc at the next assizes to be held for Kent County afd Then and there to give Evid.c on his Lord Ships behalf against the afd William Booth wherewith the afd William McClean Acknowledges himself Content |
