339 what Shall be objected against him on his Ld Ships behalf &c.a And ^now here at this third tuesday in Nov.r being y.e twenty first day of Sd month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred thirty two Came the Same William Booth of Kent County Mariner & present here in Court in his proper person And Acknowledges himself Indebted to the Right Honrable the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors in the Sum of One hundred pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine to be made and Leveyed on his the Said William Booths body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he the Same William Booth Shall not make his personal appearance at the next Assizes ^and Gaol Delivery to^ be held for Kent County Then and there to answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lord Ships behalf of and concerning his uttering and paying away of false and Conterfett money for Current money of this province to a Certain William Dillan of Chester Town barber and in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour wherewith the Same William Booth Acknowledges himself Content Also at the Same Court Came James Gallaway of Kent County Carpenter and John Ashley of Kent County planter here in Court in there proper persons and acknowledged themselves Indebted to the Right Honourable the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors in the Sum of fifty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine Each to be made and leveyed on their bodies goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally if the afd William Booth Shall not make his personall appearance at the next assizes and Gaol Delivery to be held for Kent County Then and there to answer unto What Shall be objected against him on his Lordships behalf of and concerning his uttering and paying away of false and Counterfitt money for Current money of this Province to a Certain William Dillan of Chester Town afd Barber and in the mean time the Same William Booth is to be of good behaviour wherewith the Same James Gallaway and John Ashley acknowledged themselves Content Ordered by this Court here that a Certain James Pilchard enter into Recognizance for his appearance as afd as an Evid.c against the Same with Security Thereupon at the Same Court as afd came the Same James Pilchard and in his proper person acknowledged himself indebted ^to^ the Right honourable the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling money of great Brittaine to be made and Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance at the next Assizes to be held for Said Kent County then and there to give Evidence on his Lord Ships behalf against the afd William Booth wherewith he Acknowledges himself Content At the Same Court came James Gallaway of Kent County Carpenter and acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right honourable the Lord proprietarie his heirs and Successors in the Sum of Ten pounds Sterling money of great Brittain to |
