338                                    November Court 1732

indebted unto the Same Lord prop.ry to wit the Same James Pilchard in
the Sum of ten pounds Sterling and the Same William Maclean and James
Gallaway in the Sum of five pounds Sterling each Conditionally that if the
Same James Pilchard Shall not personally appear at the next Court to
be held for Said County to give Evidence against a Certain William Booth
and Solomon Cary All part of the Said Lord prop.ry  And the Said William
Tidmarsh in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl on the Same Condition &c.a

    And now here to wit on the third tuesday in November being the twenty
first day of Said Month Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and thirty two
Came the afd James Pilchard and in his proper person appeared and
prayed his Recognizance and his Suretys Recognizance for his app.rc
be discharged  Ordered by the Court here that the afd James
Pilchard and William Maclean & James Gallaway there
Recognizances be all discharged as prayd  This Court here
Discharges the afd James Pilchards Recognizance and his Suretys
Recognizances viz.t W.m Maclean & James Gallaway there be
all discharged &c.a

    And now here to wit on the third tuesday in November being
the twenty first day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred
and thirty two Came the above mentioned William Tidmarsh
and in his proper person appeared and prayed his Recogniz.c
as above Said might be discharged  Ordered by the Court here
that the Same Recognizance Recognizance be disch.d as prayd
the afd Recognizance is by this Court here discharged &c.a

    Ordered by the Court here that Security be gave for fees Upon which James
Gallaway of Sd County comes and Saith that he will pay all the fees accruing on the Same
