337 Recognizances be discharged as prayed This Court here discharges the afd William Booths Recognizance being in the Sum of fifty pounds Sterling and his Suretys recognizance viz.t William Maclean and James Gallaway in twenty five pounds Sterl each Are all discharged There being no cause Shewn to the Contrary
Honourable the Lord prop.ry that now is the peace in the County afd to keep assigned and acknowledged themselves to Stand indebted unto the Same Lord prop.ry to wit the Said Solomon in the Sum of fifty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain and the Same William and James in the Sum of twenty five pounds like money each of their goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Severally to be made and leveyed for the use of the Same Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors Under this Condition to wit that if the above bound Solomon Cary Shall personally appear before the Justices of Kent County at a Court to be held for Said County on the third teusday of this Instant November at the Court House in the Town of Chest.r in Said County to answer unto all Such matters as Shall be then and there objected against him on behalf of the Same Lord prop.ry and if he do not depart the Same Court without leave and if in the mean time he Shall be of good behaviour then the above Recognizance to be Void else to Stand in full force and virtue Henry Evans And now here at this Court to wit on the third tuesday in November being the twenty first day of Said Month Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and thirty two Came the afd Solomon Cary and in his proper person appeared and prayd that his afd Recognizance and his Suretys as afd might all be discharged Ordered by the Court here that the afd Recognizances be discharged as prayed This Court here discharges the afd Solomon Cary's Recognizance being in the Sum of fifty pounds Sterling and William Maclean and James Gallaway his Suretys there Recognizances afd in the Sum of twenty five pounds Sterling Each Are all Discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary &c.a Memorandum that on the tenth day of November Anno Domini 1732 James Pilchard of Kent County Labourer William Maclean of the Same place Taylor and James Gallaway Carpenter came before me one one of the Justices of the Right honourable the Lord prop.ry that now is the peace in the County afd to keep assigned and Acknowledged themselves to be Servant justly |
