November Court 1732 County the third Tuesday of November next and answer to an assault on a Certain Samuel Norris Then this Recognizance to be void otherwise to be in full force and vertue John Evans And now here at this Court on the third tuesday in November being the twenty first day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty two Came the af John Gambell and in his proper person appeared to the afd Recog.c and prayd the Same might be discharged Ordered by the Court here that the Same Recognizance be discharged as prayd The afd Recognizance by this Court here discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary &c.a
came before me one of the Justices of the Right Honourable the Lord proprietary that now is the peace in the County afd to keep assigned and Acknowledged themselves to be Justly indebted unto the Same Lord prop.ry to with the Same William Booth in the Sum of fifty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain and the Same William Maclean and James Gallaway in the Sum of twenty five pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine each of their goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Severally to be made and leveyed for the use of the Same Lord proprietarie his heirs and Successors The Condition of the above Recognizance in Such that if the above bound William Booth Same County Court at a Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday of this Instant November at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to answer unto Such matters as Shall then and there be objected against him concerning his the Said William Booth uttering and paying away of false and counterfit money made Current in this province to a Certain William Dillan and that if he do not depart without the leave of the Same Court and if in the mean time he Shall be of good behaviour then the Same Recognizance to be void else to Remain in full force and Virtue Henry Evans And now here at this Court to wit on the third tuesday in November being the twenty first day of Said Month Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty two Came the afd William Booth and in his proper person appeared And prayd that his afd Recognizance and his Surety as afd might all be discharged Ordered by the Court here that the afd |
