being the twenty first day of Said Month Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and thirty two
came the afd John Coleman and in his proper person appeared  And prayd that his
Mistresses recognizance for his appearance might be discharged  Ordered by the
Court here that the Same recognizance be discharged as prayed  The afd Hann.h
Bodeen her Recognizance as afd is by this Court here discharged there
being no cause Shewn to the Contrary &c.a

Indictment felony against the afd John for feloniously
Stealing one Waistcoat of Dureys and one pair of
Shoes the goods and Chattles of Benjamin Burton the
Same John appeared to Same and pleads not guilty &c.a
Ordered by this Court that John Gresham Gent. Sherriff of Said County keep
the Same in Custody untill Security be gave for his appearance to next
Court to Answer the Same

                After which came againe the afd John Coleman into Court  And
Philip Kennard of Kent County Gentl present here in Court in his proper person
and Acknowledged himself indebted to the Right Honourable the Lord proprietary
in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling to be paid to his Said Lord Ship
his heirs and Successors to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles
Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd John Coleman Shall not
make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County
on the third tuesday in March next ensuing ^to answer unto the afd Indictm.t felony^ and in the mean time he is to
be of good behav.r wherewith he acknowledges himself Content

            The Indictment afd is Continued untill March
