to Laughlin Flinn
 Laughlin Flinn at Last Court Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Lord
prop.ry of this province of Maryland
in the sum of ten pounds Sterling
money of Great Brittain to be made
And Leveyed &c Conditionally that if the afd John should
not make his personall appearance before the Just.s of
our next County Court to Answer unto what shall
be Objected against him on his Lordship behalf And
Now here at this day to wit the twentieth day of Aug.st
Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred twenty & nine
the afd John haveing appeared Ordered by the Court
that the afd Laughlin his recog.c be Discharged

    Thereupon Laughlin Flinn of Kent County
Inholder at Last Court as afd Acknowledged himself
Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this Province of Maryland
in the sum of ten pounds Sterling money of great
Brittain to be made & Leveyed &c Conditionally
that if the afd John should not make his personall
appearance before the Justices of the then next
August Court to Answer unto what shall be objected
against him on his Lordship behalf  And now
here at this Court to wit the twentieth day of Aug.st
