August Court 1728 Thomas Garnett ^and Jn.o Few^ their Recognizance is Ordered to be Discharged &c Thomas Garnett of Kent County Tanner & John Few of the afd County planter at Last Court acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of the province of Maryland in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling money of Grate Britain Each to be made and Leaveyed &c.a Conditionally that if the afd Henry should not make his personall appearance before the Justices of the then next August Court & in the mean time to be of good behav.r And now here at this day to wit the twentieth day of August the afd Henry having appeared the said Thomas Garnett & John Few their Recognizane & either of their Recognizance is Discharged &c Edward Scott and Richard Fawsett both of Kent County Gent at Last Court Entered into Recognizance for their appearance at this Court And now here at this Court to wit the twentieth day of August Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred twenty Eight the afd Edward Scott & Richard Fawsett having appeared their Recognizance & either of them is Ordered to be Discharged &c Edward Scott and Richard Fawsett both of Kent Co.ty Gent at Last Court as afd Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the sum of five pounds Sterl money Each to be made & Leveyed &c Conditionally that if they should not make their personall appearance before the Justices of the then next August Court as Evidences against the afd Henry Cain in behalf of his Lordship And now here at this day to wit the twentieth day of August Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred twenty Eight the afd Edward Scott & Richard Fawsett their Recognizance and either of their Recognizance is |
