329 Right Honourable the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors in the Sum of Tenn pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine to be Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally if he Do not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for the County afd and in the mean time to be of good behaviour wherewith he is Contented Att which time M.r Mathew Howard of Said County and likewise acknowledged himself Indebted to his Lordship his heirs and Successors in the like Sum of ten pounds Sterling to be Leveyed as afd Conditionally that if the Said John Howell do not make his personall appearance as afd &c.a wherewith he is Contented P Kennard And now here at the third tuesday in November being the twenty first day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty two came the afd John Howell and in his proper person appeared and prayed that the afd Recog.c might be discharged Ordered by the Court here that the afd Recognizance of the afd John Howell and Mathew Howard his Suretys recognizance be discharged. The afd John Howells Recognizance as afd is by this Court here discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary Mathew Howard as afd his Recognizance being taken as Security for the afd John Howell is also by this Court here discharged &c.a
Thereupon The afd Robert Wilson of Kent County Labourer here present in Court in his proper person and Acknowledged himself indebted to the Right honourable the Lord prop.ry that now is his heirs and Successors Sum of tenn pounds Sterling to be made and leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally That if he doth not make his personall appearance at any time during this Court Sitting to answer as afd unto what Shall be objected against him on his Said Lord Ships behalf and in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour wherewith he Acknowledges himself Content And also Came Nehemiah Powell of Kent County Carpenter and John Lovegrove of Kent County Shoemaker And both present here into Court in there proper persons and Acknowledged themselves indebted the Right Honourable the Lord proprietarie that now is his heirs and Successors in the Sum of five pounds Sterling each to be made and Leveyed on their bodies |
