the Said Margaret Wood pay the Sum of Nine hundred and three pounds of Tobacco
costs accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court

    It is also Considered by the Court here at this day to wit the day and year
last mentioned that the Sherrif of Kent County take the afd Margaret Wood into his Custody
and execute the punishment in the Judgment afd Specified and afterwards to bring her
into Court againe Of which precept to with John Gresham Gent high Sherriff
of Kent County makes return on the day and Year last mentioned that he hath
Executed the punishment in the Judgment afd Specified and also hath here the
said Margaret Wood before the Court

    Ordered by the Court here That John Gresham Gent high Sherrif of Said
County keep the afd Margaret Wood in Safe Custody untill the fees Shall be
Satisfied accrued on the premisses ^afd^ to the officers of this Court

    Lydia Bruton an Evidence against the afd Margaret Wood entered into Recog.c
at last August Court to appear at this Court in the Sum of five pounds Sterl.
The Same Lydia appears and prays her recognizance may be discharged  Ordered
by the Court here that the Same Recognizance be discharged  The Same Recognizance
is by this Court here discharged as prayd &c.a

 Indictment against the Same James for Commiting
fornication with a Certain Anne Whitehead found last
August Court  A Writ Issued on the Same to the
Sherrif of Kent County to take the Same James and
the Said Sherrife Came and made return thereof to
the Court here on the third tuesday in November being the twenty first day of Said
Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty two endorsed as foll. viz.t Cepi
Corpus            p Jn.o Gresham Sherriff

    And at the Same Court the Same James Thomas jun.r being called came and in
his proper person appeared and pleads not guilty &c.a  Upon which he was
Ordered to give Security that he might attend the Court to answ.r the Indictm.t afd
Thereupon the Same James Thomas Jun.r of Kent County planter in his proper
person present in Court acknowledges himself indebted to the Right Honourable the
Lord proprietary that now is in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling to be paid to the
said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be leveyed on his body goods and Chattles
Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he do make his personall appearance
any time dureing this Courts Sitting to Answer the Indictment afd and to be of
good behaviour in the mean time wherewith he acknowledges himself Content
     
    And at the Same time Came John Rollinson of Kent County planter and in
his proper person here present in Court acknowledges himself Indebted to the
