31 Give Security for his Appearance & good behavour to the then next Novemb.r Court Thereupon Thomas Massy and W.m Burross of Kent County planters Acknowledges themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the sum of twenty pounds Sterl. money of Great Brittain Each to be made & Leveyed &c Conditionally that if the afd John Alexander should not make his personall appearance before the Justices of the then next November Court to Answer unto a presentment found against him for marking of piggs wherewith the afd Thomas Massy & W.m Burross Acknowledges themselves to be Content James Bowyer Jun.r of Kent County planter at Last Court as afd Entered into recognizance for his appearance at August And now here at this Court to wit the twentieth day of August Anno Dom. 1728 the afd James Boyer his recognizance & his suretys recognizance be Discharged &c. Thereupon James Bowyer of Kent County Sen.r at Last Court Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds Sterl money of great Brittain to be made & Leveyed &c Conditionally that if the afd James should not make his personall appearance before the Justices of the then next August Court And now here at this Court to wit the twentieth day of August Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred & twenty Eight the afd James Bowyer Jun.r having appeared Ordered that the said James Bowyer Sen.r his recognizance is Disch'd
