the afd John haveing appeared his suretys recognizance is ordered to be Dis.d Thereupon Geo: Sanders of Kent County planter & Tho.s Jones of the afd Co.ty At Last Court Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the sum of twenty pounds Sterling money each to be made & Levey &c.a Conditionally that if the afd John should not make his personall appearance before the Justices of the then next August Court to Answer unto a presentm.t found against him for marking piggs And now here at this day to wit the twentieth day of Aug.st Anno Dom. 1728 The afd John having appeared the said George Sanders & Thomas Jones and either of their recog.cs by the Court Ordered to be Discharged &c Ordered by the Court that the afd John Alexander give |
