29 Phillip Hill both of Kent County planters and present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledges themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds Sterl money each to be made & Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if the afd Sus.a should not make her personall appearance before the Justices of the then next Nov.r Court to answer unto what shall be Objected against her on his Lordship behalf and in the mean time to be of good behavour wherewith the afd John Ashley and Phill Hill & either of them are Content
^John Young and Patrick Clark^ Kent County Blacksmith at last Court Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of the province of Maryland in the sum of five pounds Sterling money each to be made & Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if she should not make her personall appearance before the Justices of the then next Court to be held for Kent County as a prosecutor for his Lordship against the afd Sus.a Hill And now to wit this twentieth day of August Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty eight the afd Mary Bevans having appeared and John Young & Patrick Clark their Recognizances are Discharged Ordered that the said Mary Bevans give Security for her appearance at the then next November Court as afd on her against the afd Sus.a Hill Thereupon William Bevans of Kent County planter & present here in Court in his proper person Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the sum of five pounds Sterl money to be made & Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if the afd |
