297 with a person to the Jurors afd unknown and did permit the Same unknown person the and there to have Carnal knowledge of her body and to beget then and there a bastard Child on the body of her the Same Sarah to the high displeasure of Almighty God to the evil Example of all others in Such case offending contrary to the peace of the Said Lord prop.ry that now is his good rule and government and against the form of the Act of Assembly in that case made and provided Test John Browning on the back of the Same bill was endorsed as foll. viz.t True Bill p Edw.d Worrell Foreman And the afd Sarah Boyer in her proper person comes and Saith that She cannot gainsay the Indictment afd So as afd against her brought nor Can She Say but that She is guilty of the premisses above against her and there upon Submits to the Court Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at a Court held for Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June being the twentieth day of Said Month Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and thirty two That the afd Sarah Boyer pay the Sum of thirty Shillings Current money as a fine for Committing the fornication afd in form afd Confest And also it is Considered that the afd Sarah Boyer pay the Sume of two hundred and tenn Tobacco cost accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court &c.a Ordered that Security be gave for the costs and charges afd Thereupon William Boyer Jun.r And Augustine Boyer came into Court and Said they would pay the fees afd for the afd Sarah Boyer &c.a Jam.s Smith Clk
