further    Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at A Court
held for Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on
the third tuesday in June Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and thirty
two That the afd Laughlin Flinn and Margaret his wife as to the
Information afd they go thereof without day and be therefrom acquitted
Also it is Considered That the Same Do pay the Sum of Eight hundred
Seventy one pounds of Tobacco costs accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers
of this Court &c.a

    Daniel Flinn Jun.r at last March Court entered into recognizance in the Sum
of five pounds Sterl with Bowles Green the Surety in the Same Sum afd for the
Same Daniels app.rc to this Court as an Evid.c in the afd cause    And now
here at this  Court to wit the third tuesday in June being the twentyeth day
of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty two Came the afd Daniel
and in his proper person appeared and prayd that his recognizance and Suretys
might be discharged    Ordered by the Same Court that the Same
Recognizance be disch.d as prayd  This Court here discharges the Same
Daniel Flinn Jun.r Recognizance as also Bowles Greens recognizance
as afd they are here Each disch.d

    Daniel Flinn Jun.r comes into Court and being Sworn Saith that the
attended in the afd Cause It is Lordship against the afd Laughlin Flinn and
Margaret his wife as an Evidence fourteen days    Ordered by this Court
here that the Same Daniel Flinn Jun.r be paid the sum of four
hundred and twenty pounds of Tobacco for his Attend.c as afd by the
afd Laughlin Flinn and Margaret his wife &c.a
